Spring Workshop!

spring-workshop-1

It’s spring, and I’m out for an early morning walk. The sun is just coming up, the sky on the horizon is the sweetest shade of pink. There’s dew on the grass, giving everything a bit of a silvery hue, a pale half moon hangs up above. It’s so peaceful, so beautiful. Cherry blossoms opening on the trees, songbirds singing, greeting the day. There is simply nothing like an early spring morning. A sense of newness all around, a sense of stretching and waking up, a sense of growth, of eager anticipation, a sense of space and softening.

I am offering a spring workshop in the spirit of my early morning walks, a retreat that makes you feel the way I feel on such a morning. It will be an intimate, gentle afternoon, an opportunity for you to tend to yourself,  to plant some seeds, and to prepare for renewal. We will spend some time connecting with your body through simple, accessible movement. I will offer some guided visualizations, and a chance for reflection and writing. With love and humour we will hold things lightly, play, share, and stay curious. It will be an afternoon that enlivens you and helps you to deeply connect to who you are, to your own guidance and inner wisdom.

Love is, in many ways, paying attention. I offer this afternoon retreat as a way for you to pay attention to your inner life, to offer yourself the kind of love and attention with which we thrive, with which the seeds we are planting will blossom.

If you are interested in getting a taste of coaching with me, in spending some time with yourself, and tapping into your own deep wisdom, I would love for you to join me on Saturday, April 6th from 1-4pm. Space is limited to 4 people, the cost is $75 for the afternoon, and you can register here, or contact me for further details. I would love to see you there!
