I am a firm believer that in order to evoke transformation, we need to be connected to our body in a real and authentic way. As such, I encourage all my clients to find a modality which encourages a deep mind-body connection, and which they truly enjoy. There is no one-size fits all, it is important that you listen to your inner guidance and find something that resonates with you. That being said, having been a pilates instructor for the past 16 years, I can speak first hand to its power. I offer private and group reformer classes in-person at my studio, as well as online zoom Mat pilates classes. Pilates is a form of exercise which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. These principles, apply equally to life outside of the pilates studio, and, when applied, facilitate deep and lasting change.

Pilates helps develop a  mind-body awareness that is an essential component to creating  lasting transformation in your life.

 

For those who are interested, I offer Coaching-Pilates packages, wherein we use both practices to support your growth. I teach sensitivity, I teach clients to come home to themselves. The combination of pilates with coaching has profound effects. Learning to feel good in your body, strong, powerful, relaxed and graceful, translates to the way in which you move through the world. So often, our blocks show up in our body as tension, overuse of our superficial muscles, or overall muscular imbalance. Pilates can help to address these physical issues which, in turn, can have an amazing impact on your consciousness and mind. As you gain deep core strength and flexibility, your belief in your abilities grows, your ability to make change expands.
