What is coaching?

Coaching is a relatively new field that has been proven to change the neurological connections within the client's brain in such a way that it  facilitates growth, expansion and new behaviour. So...what does that actually mean? It means change. Change in your life, change in your circumstances, change in the way you feel. While counselling tends to unearth the past and deal with what arises, coaching starts here, now, with who you are in this present moment, and moves forward from there. 

When we approach life with mindful awareness, we create the space to allow for transformation.

 

My coaching style:

Coaching with me is not about me telling you what to do. 

Instead, I will ask questions, and encourage you to listen within for your answers. While, in our relationship, I may be the expert of coaching, YOU are the expert of your own your life.

When you coach with me, it is a relationship of equals, peer-to-peer.

I will act as your guide, asking questions, suggesting actions, offering challenges, but the process is really about you, and where you want to go.

You are whole, resourceful, creative, and un-broken. You hold the answers within, and, with my help, you will uncover them.

Working together, we will clear the pathway and take the steps to move you forward, creating a life that is authentic, empowering, and deeply satisfying.  

 

In my experience, much of our wisdom is to be found in our body.

The problem, for so many of us, is that we are disconnected from our bodies, our breath, sensation. I will guide you to recover that awareness, to return to your body time and time again.

Your intuition, your gut, your heart, whatever you want to call it, communicates through your body.

Learn to listen, learn to trust the cues, and you can create the life you are longing for.

Coaching

 You have a couple of options - work together on an ongoing, basis, booking in once, twice, or three times a month for as long as it serves you. This option is open-ended, flexible, with no specified commitment. You can pause when you need to, and come back when it suits you. Sessions are generally 60 minutes, although, again, everything can be modified as we determine the best fit.

The other, more structured option is to commit to my 3-month coaching package.

We will work together 4 times a month, for 3 months. To begin with, I will send you a discovery package that will serve as the basis for our first session. Our second session will be an Inner Voice session and will last from 90 minutes to two hours. All other sessions are 60 minutes each.

Between sessions you will be supported via email and/or text, and will also have access to meditation audio recordings as well as movement videos if you are interested.
